Our Process

Short Interview
We communicate over the phone or in person about the property. The homeowner gives details about the property.

Offer
Based on the communication over the phone or in person, we will determine the right offer for the homeowner within 3 days. The homeowner is made aware of the offer.

Closing
If the Homeowner approves, we close within 7 days with title search and all documents clears before closing. We PAY ALL CLOSING COST AND CASH IN HAND WITHIN 7 DAYS. The homeowner will have the opportunity to look for housing before the process is complete. We can assist if possible with housing search if needed.
